As part of this October’s Speak Up Month campaign to remove the barriers to speaking up, we are seeking Freedom to Speak Up poems to share on our Instagram feed.

National Poetry Day is 5th October and as part of the celebrations, we’d love to share poems from people working across the healthcare sector sharing what Freedom to Speak Up means to them.

Your poem could be about speaking up, or listening and taking action. It could be about removing a particular barrier which stops people from speaking up, or the impact of speaking up.

So whether you write rap or rhymes, haikus or limericks, sonnets or blank verse, share your Freedom to Speak Up poems with us.

Poems will be featured on our new Instagram feed and shared on our social media channels.
