Temporary nursing workers are an essential part of the NHS workforce. It’s vital that they feel safe to speak up, confident their concerns will be heard, and assured that appropriate action will be taken.
The National Guardian’s Office is conducting a Speak Up Review to understand these experiences in depth. Your insights will shape practical recommendations to strengthen the Speak Up culture for temporary workers across the NHS supporting both staff wellbeing and patient safety.
How to Get Involved
