Get in Touch

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the National Guardian’s Office is working remotely. As we are unable to access the office, we are not able to receive any post at this time.

The best way to get in touch with us is to email, or phone us on 0191 249 4400.

Our phone line is open between 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday. If you need to get in contact with the office outside of these times, please email us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

As we are working remotely, you may hear background noise when you call us, such as children or pets. We’d like to thank you for your understanding during this time.

To ensure your query gets to the right person, we might share the information you give us with colleagues in the office. Please let us know if you do not want us to do this.

You can find details of our privacy policy here.
