This map includes contact details for Freedom to Speak Up Guardians within the NHS and healthcare organisations in England and is based on information provided by those organisations.
Please note that the National Guardian’s Office will close on 30th June 2026 with certain functions transferring to NHS England. Therefore, from 10th April 2026 we are no longer updating the FTSU Guardian map. However, we will continue to keep an internal list of all registered Guardians which will be sent to NHS England prior to the NGO’s closure. If you would like to confirm the name of your FTSU Guardian, please email [email protected]
